請求書または見積書を選び、発行日・支払期限（または有効期限）・宛先・差出人を入力します。品目を追加すると金額が自動計算され、右側（スマホでは下）のプレビューで仕上がりを確認できます。「PDFをダウンロード」で端末に保存します。 Choose invoice or quote, fill in issue/due dates, recipient, and your details. Add line items for auto totals and check the live preview. Download PDF to your device.
フリーランスや個人事業主が取引先へ請求書・見積書を送るとき、経理ソフトを契約するほどではない少数の取引に使えます。入力内容はこの端末に一時保存され、サーバーには送られません。 Useful for freelancers sending invoices or quotes when full accounting software is overkill. Drafts stay on your device and are never uploaded.

作成したPDFに法的な効力はありますか？Is the generated PDF legally valid?
一般的な請求書・見積書の書式で出力しますが、インボイス制度の登録番号など法的要件は利用者ご自身でご確認・入力ください。本ツールはひな形を提供するものです。It outputs a standard layout, but you must confirm legal requirements (e.g. Japan's qualified invoice registration number). This tool provides a template only.
支払期限は入力できますか？Can I set a due date?
はい。請求書では「お支払期限」、見積書では「見積有効期限」として日付を指定できます。PDFとプレビューの両方に反映されます。Yes. Invoices use a due date; quotes use a validity date. Both appear in the preview and PDF.
入力内容は保存されますか？Is my input saved?
この端末のブラウザ内（localStorage）に一時保存されます。サーバーには送られません。別端末やシークレットウィンドウには引き継がれません。クリアで削除できます。A draft is stored in this browser only (localStorage)—never uploaded. It won't sync to other devices. Use Clear to delete it.
会社のロゴや印鑑を入れられますか？Can I add a logo or stamp?
現在はテキスト情報のみです。格式テンプレートには印欄の枠のみ表示されます。Text only for now. The formal template shows a stamp placeholder box.
ファイルはサーバーに送られますか？Is data sent to a server?
送られません。入力・プレビュー・PDF生成はすべてブラウザ内で処理されます。日本語フォントの読み込みのみCDNから取得します。No. Input, preview, and PDF generation run in your browser. Only the Japanese font is fetched from a CDN.
消費税率はどう選べばいいですか？How do I choose the tax rate?
標準税率10%・軽減税率8%・非課税（0%）から選べます。品目ごとの税率使い分けには未対応です。Choose 10%, 8% reduced, or 0% exempt. Per-line tax rates are not supported.
ページを閉じれば、端末内のデータは自動的に消去されます。契約書や顧客資料など、慎重に扱うデータも安心してご利用ください。When you close the page, data on your device is cleared automatically. Safe for sensitive files such as contracts and client documents.
