ユーザーパスワードはPDFを開くために必要なパスワードです。オーナーパスワードは印刷・コピー・編集などの権限を管理するパスワードです。通常はユーザーパスワードのみで十分です。A user password is required to open the PDF. An owner password controls permissions such as printing, copying, and editing. In most cases, a user password alone is sufficient.
パスワードを忘れた場合は復元できますか？Can the password be recovered if forgotten?
復元できません。パスワードは必ず安全な場所に保管してください。忘れた場合はUnlock PDFツールでも解除できません。No. Please store your password in a safe place. It cannot be recovered, even with the Unlock PDF tool.

印刷・コピー・編集の制限はPDFビューアが対応している場合に有効です。専用ツールを使えば解除できる場合があるため、重要な情報の保護にはユーザーパスワード（開くためのパスワード）の設定を推奨します。Restrictions apply when supported by the PDF viewer. For sensitive documents, setting a user password (open password) is strongly recommended.
