容量の上限を確認する Check the size limit
Gmailの場合、添付ファイルは送信時に合計25MBまでです（受信側は最大50MBまで受け取り可能）。勤務先のメールサーバーはさらに小さい上限のこともあるため、事前確認が安心です。 Gmail allows up to 25MB of attachments per outgoing email (recipients can receive up to 50MB). Work email servers may have a smaller cap—check first if unsure.

原本は圧縮しない Keep an uncompressed original
印刷用など高画質が必要な原本まで圧縮すると劣化が戻せません。原本は残し、共有用のコピーだけ軽くするのが安全です。 Don't compress the file you'll need at full quality later (e.g. for printing). Keep the original and shrink a copy instead.
